2. What Photocopywala provides
Photocopywala provides public utility pages, document tools, PDF tools, image tools, QR code tools, cash counting tools, printable resources, blog guides, government-service link collections, product references and local-service information. The website is intended to help users complete common student, office, shop, document and daily-use tasks more easily.
2A. Free to use, account optional, no payment required
Every tool on Photocopywala is free to use and does not require payment of any kind. Creating an account (login/signup) is entirely optional and only saves your basic details for convenience - it is never required to access any tool or feature. We will not place any tool behind a paywall.
2B. Voluntary donations
Photocopywala offers an optional 'Support Us' donation page for users who wish to help cover hosting and development costs so the tools can stay free for everyone. Donations are entirely voluntary, of any amount the user chooses, are not required to use any tool, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Donation payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
3. Lawful and responsible use
You may use this website only for lawful personal, educational, office, business-support or general document-preparation purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to damage it, interfere with other users, upload harmful files, automate abusive requests, copy the site in a misleading way, or use the tools for fraud, impersonation, illegal documents, scams or unauthorised activity.

6. No guarantee of official acceptance
Using any Photocopywala tool or guide does not guarantee acceptance by a school, college, employer, bank, exam body, passport authority, government department, scholarship portal, office or any other organisation. We do not control their content, security, downtime, fees, decisions, application status, deadlines, notices or terms. 8. User files and document responsibility
You are responsible for the files you choose, create, upload into tools, download, print or share. Do not use the website to create or modify documents in a false, misleading, illegal or unauthorised way. You must check names, dates, spellings, document numbers, image clarity, page order, margins, file size, file type and final output before using any file.

Photocopywala branding, original text, downloadable resources, graphics, tool pages and site materials belong to Photocopywala or their respective owners unless otherwise stated. Government names, logos, marks, department names, product names and third-party marks belong to their actual owners and may be referenced only for identification or linking purposes.
12. Third-party services and external websites
External websites, APIs, embedded resources, map links, payment links, WhatsApp links, government portals, product pages and third-party tools are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, security, privacy practices, uptime, accuracy, pricing, results or any loss caused by using them.
