What is a GST Calculator?

How do I add GST to an amount?
Choose Add GST, enter the taxable amount and GST rate, then check the final amount. The formula is GST amount = taxable value × GST rate ÷ 100.
How do I remove GST from an inclusive amount?
Choose Remove GST, enter the amount including GST and select the GST rate. The calculator finds the original taxable value and the GST amount included in the total.
What is CGST and SGST split?
For intra-state transactions, GST is usually split into CGST and SGST. For example, 18% GST becomes 9% CGST and 9% SGST. This calculator shows the split when CGST + SGST mode is selected.
What is IGST?
IGST is used for inter-state transactions. When IGST mode is selected, the full GST amount is shown as IGST instead of splitting it into CGST and SGST.
Which GST rates are available?
